Delivery charges are based on size and weight, with a minimum charge of

Our Next Day Delivery is subject to the following
terms.
The order MUST be received by 12
noon Monday to Thursday
Orders received for next day on a
Friday after 12 noon and Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the
following Monday subject to Bank Holidays.
All Next Day Deliveries must be
signed for.
For Northern Ireland, Scottish
Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of
Man may incur addtional costs if a next day service is required due
to size and wieght of the order. You will be notified by our
customer sales team if this is the case.
Orders will be despatched if
stock is available. Where in the unusual situation where stock
is not available the customer will normally be contacted to advise
on any additional delays to the order. This will happen
initially by phone or email.
If stock can be substituted by a
similar product we will do so to enable your order to be despatched
at the earliest opportunity.
Orders will be sent via either
Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express Courier Service.
We reserve the right to sent your
order by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Interlink Express
Courier Service as we see fit.
Orders returned "Not Called For"
or Refused by Addressee will incur charges of £15 plus Vat at the
Current rate of 17.5%
If the order is then Cancelled,
and additional charge of 15% administration fee will be deducted
from any refund minus any other return fees incurred by refusal or
non collection
If you do not make yourself available for your delivery and it is
returned to us by Royal Mail you will be required to pay for the return
shipping to receive your order. 2 - 5 working days will be charged
at £3.95 + vat, Next Day will be charged at £7.00 + vat.
If your order has been despatched by our courier service and is returned
to us you will be charged £15 + vat as the courier charge this for the
return back to our premises, and an additional reshipping fee of £7.00 +
vat to retrieve your order.
If your refuse to pay these fees, and cancel your order the normal
cancellation terms will apply, in addition to the above fees.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is offered to all United
Kingdom locations with the exception of The Channel Islands, (Jersey,
Guernsey, Alderney and Sark). Shipping rates for the Channel
islands can be found here.
Free Delivery on Trade items must achieve
a sub total of £30 exclusive of VAT before free delivery is given,
(trade items can be identified easily. Both the VAT exclusive and
VAT inclusive price is given, or the item price states that the price is
Exclusive of VAT.
All other items are classed as retail
items and vat is inclusive and free delivery is given at £30. If
you have both trade and retail items in your order the same process is
adhered to and free delivery will be calculated accordingly.
Please note that areas such as the
Scottish Highlands may be required to pay additional shipping fees on
larger items such as furniture and airbrush compressors. Please

**Please note that the purchase of trade
magazine subscriptions do not count towards the total of free delivery
of orders over £30 as we deal with a third party to supply
subscriptions. Free delivery only counts on actual products ordered
from our site that are physically supplied by Creative Nail Place.com Ltd.

Delivery
Times & Postal Rates
In normal
circumstances we will deliver as stated within 2-5 working days for 1st
Class Recorded Delivery or Next Day for Priority Delivery on the UK
Mainland (click here for more details)
and up to 28 days for International orders - on receipt of payment.
However
there may be times when this may not be possible to meet. We
will ensure that you will receive your goods within a maximum of 30
days, or contact you in extreme circumstances to arrange a suitable
delivery time. If you are not happy with the alternative
delivery date, you will be offered a complete refund.
Postage rates are subject to change
without notice, as we deal with a third party and are in no way able
to influence their pricing policy.
Shipping and
Handling rates start from £4.95 for
1st Class Delivery for UK orders or £7.00 + VAT for Priority Delivery (not including Channel Islands), and from £6.00 for International
orders. These rates are calculated by our shopping cart and are
purely calculated on the weight of the goods ordered.
Shipping for Channel Islands will be charged from £6.00 and
depending on the weight of the order.
The
only exception to the above clause will be for International orders,
where you exceed your allowed Customs & Excise allowed quota for receiving
good in your country of origin. US customers are allowed to
order up to $200.00 before you have to pay import duty on your
goods. Creative Nail Place will not be held responsible for
payment of Import Duties. We have provided a currency converter
to help you calculate your respective currency into UK £ to ensure
you don't exceed your allowed quota.
For
International orders outside the USA, please contact your relevant
Government department for advice on Import levels for goods from the United
Kingdom.
Customers
in the European Community are not subject to Customs charges for goods
from the United Kingdom.

Orders And Item substitutions
From
time to time, some items may be out of stock, with ourselves and our
suppliers. If it is possible to substitute a suitable
alternative, in the interests of sending out an order, we will do
this for you.
If
you are not happy with your substitution you may return it within
the Returns Conditions set out below. We will not refund
any return shipping fees.
If you decide to
cancel your sales contract with Creative Nail Place.com Ltd before it has been despatched a fee of 5%
will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration
and Credit Card processing fees. However special Order items such
as salon furniture will be charged at 15% as we are charged for
cancelling special orders.
Returns
We will accept products back on the
following conditions:
The customer must contact us within
7 working days. This starts the day after the receipt of the goods. You may contact us by
email, Fax or normal mail. (Please see Customer
Service for contact details)
Telephone
cancellations will not be accepted as we require a cancellation of
your sales contract in
writing as dictated by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
The product being
returned must not be tampered with in any way, and must be in a saleable
condition.
We will not accept products that have
been used, any opened packages or seem to be damaged deliberately in
any way.
If
you decide to cancel your order, within the 7 day cooling off period,
and have adhered to the return clauses above, we will refund your
money within 30 days of the date we receive the goods back.
If
you do not return the goods within the 30 days after the cancellation,
we may impose a charge for the collection of the goods, and deduct
this from the refund.
You are
however responsible for the safe
delivery of the return product.
If
in the unlikely event you receive your goods in a damaged state, you are covered by Postal
insurance up to £28.00, you
must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods, by email to enable
us to pursue a claim against Royal Mail or our courier service. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In
the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace
these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer you a full
refund. The faulty or damaged goods will be required to be returned, to
enable us to claim off our suppliers or our shipping agents. Ensure that you email us
to advise of faulty goods up to seven days after you have received
your goods. We will not refund if you do not inform us after
this period of time. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When
you email us for a return, we will give you an authorised returns number.
Please ensure you quote this number, with you returned item.
We
charge a Handling & Administration fee of 15% of the total order
if you decide to cancel your order and return your products.
This does not include any shipping handling fees, as we will not
refund these charges.
Any goods returned
that have been tampered with in any way will be returned to the customer
and will not be refunded. As these goods are no
longer legally available for resale as new an will be returned to
sender.
If you refuse a
delivery and it was despatched to you via our courier service, then a
£15 charge applies from the courier service. This will be deducted
from your refund along with a 15% handling fee.
Any order returned
to us unauthorised will be charged a 25% administration fee.
This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returnof Pre-recorded Videos &
DVD
In
accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 paragraph
6.1 article (e) we do not accept the return of pre-recorded videos
or
DVD
under any circumstances.
If
you have receive a faulty video you must inform us with seven
working days, were a replacement will be sent to you, on receipt of
the faulty video.
Return of Electric Nail Files
Due to the nature of
Electric Nail files we are unable to accept the return of this product if
the outer packaging has been opened. This is due to health, safety
and hygiene reasons. If you decide to return your file and the outer
packaging has not been tampered with, please return in accordance with our
returns terms and conditions and procedures.
If your Electric
Nail file is faulty please contact us and we will have your nail file
replaced were applicable under the manufacturers warranty.
The customer must
contact us in writing within 7 working days. This starts the day
after the receipt of the goods. You may contact us in writing
either by e-mail, fax or by post (see Customer Services details
below)
When goods
supplied, correct to order, are returned by the customer for
exchange, a nominal postage charge of £2.90 + VAT will be payable prior to
despatch of goods and taken when we issue you with your return
number.
When you contact us
for an exchange, you will be issued with an authorised exchange number. Please
ensure that you include a copy invoice and quote this number on the
package and the copy invoice.
We cannot refund
handling or shipping fees charged once your order has been shipped.
This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
